Why reviews matter so much here
Picture someone searching "tacos near me" on Atlantic Boulevard or "AC repair Pompano Beach" on a hot afternoon. Google shows a map with a few businesses, each with a star rating and a review count. People tend to tap the ones with recent, detailed reviews and visible owner replies. Google also says review count and rating are part of how prominent a business is in local results, along with relevance and distance.
What we do
- Set up an easy way to ask every customer: your short review link, a QR code for the counter or receipts, and follow-up texts or emails to customers who opted in
- Monitor new Google reviews and alert you
- Draft replies in your voice for you to approve, including careful replies to negative reviews
- Flag reviews that may break Google's policies so you can report them through Google
- A simple monthly view of review count, rating and how fast you replied
What we won't do
We don't buy reviews, write fake reviews, offer discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews, or "gate" reviews by only asking happy customers. Those practices break Google's policies and the FTC's rule on fake reviews, and they can get reviews removed or a profile restricted. We also can't delete legitimate reviews. Only Google decides what comes down.
Made for Pompano Beach's customer mix
Many local customers are seasonal residents who head north in spring, and many speak Portuguese, Spanish or Haitian Creole. Asking for a review while the visit is fresh, and replying in the reviewer's language when it fits, both help. We can draft replies in other languages for you to check.
Pricing
Review monitoring and AI-drafted replies you approve are included in Managed Growth ($299/mo), along with Google Business Profile management. Review request automation is part of Managed Pro ($499/mo). See full pricing.
