We're hiring
Sales reps wanted across the USA and remote worldwide
We're hiring independent, commission-only sales reps in every US state, plus remote reps anywhere in the world. You show local business owners a demo website built for their business and help them get started with Buildzaro.
What the role is
- Commission-only, independent. You're an independent contractor, not an employee. There's no base pay and no guaranteed income, and you set your own hours.
- Every US state, plus worldwide remote. US reps pick their state, county and preferred zones when they apply. Remote reps can live anywhere and work by phone and video calls.
- Zones assigned after approval. If you're approved, we assign you one or more sales zones with a lead list and map in the sales portal. Picking a zone doesn't guarantee it.
- Field, virtual or both. Visit businesses in person, work online, or do both.
- Demos do the talking. We build and run the real sites, so you don't do any technical work.
How commission works (summary)
- Websites: 30% of the website package price, once the customer has paid in full.
- Monthly plans, first month: you earn the first month's fee, paid once the customer has stayed for 3 months.
- Monthly plans, from month 4: recurring commission each month based on your monthly results, as set out in the policy.
- Free trials earn commission only once they turn into a paying customer.
- Payouts go through supported payout methods, confirmed during onboarding (not every country is supported).
- No guaranteed income. What you earn depends entirely on the sales you close.
This is a summary. You receive and sign the full Sales Rep Commission Policy before you start.
How to apply
The online form takes about 10 minutes: your details, how you'd like to work, your sales experience and a few short sales scenarios. You can also add an optional 60-second pitch and a resume. We review every application ourselves. If it's a fit, you'll get a private invite to the sales portal.
